- Enter your pet’s details, such as name, age, breed, and any specific notes about their health or condition.
- Pick a convenient date and time from the available slots. If necessary, choose a specific veterinarian.
Provide Contact Info
- Fill in your contact information (name, phone number, email) to ensure the clinic can confirm the appointment or reach you for any changes.
- You may also be asked for payment details if the clinic requires a deposit or upfront payment for the appointment.
